1. Use of the Site and Products

  • The Site provides information about Pathfinder sensors, which are designed to be buried in the ground for security detection (e.g., intrusion alerts via seismic, vibration, or other sensing technology).

  • You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site and purchase Products.

  • Account Registration: Certain features (e.g., customer portal, firmware updates, alert management) may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Product Purchases and Sales

  • All Product orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon full payment.

  • Tamper with, excavate without care, or attempt to reverse-engineer the sensors.

  • Resell or redistribute Products without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

  • The Products are security aids only and do not guarantee prevention of intrusion, theft, or damage. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from reliance on the Products.

  • AS IS BASIS: The Site and Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in the limited warranty.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the CPA), we disclaim all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
